Hi guys,
Call me phoenix... all my friends do.
This is what I'm supposed to do, right? Introduce myself, I mean. Well, I'm a girl (since some of you seem to have trouble telling), and another proud Aussie. I'm a mother and I am especially proud to tell you all that my partner is my very best friend. BTW, some of you might know my other half, he's called Gryphonn around these parts. I've been meaning to drop in and introduce myself for a while but... well... I guess I'm a bit slow sometimes. (shrugs) Meh!
I'm not like most girls (I'm not very girly) and I like the outdoors a whole lot... camping, bushwalking, caving, etc. I can paint a little bit, and I like to take the odd photo. In fact, I take photos of anything I can and I thought it would be nice to show you at least one.
I took this only yesterday. This guy is a Willy Wag-Tail that's taken a liking to us. He's only a little guy, about 5 or 6 inches from head to tail. We were gardening in the back yard when he decided to come down and feast on the bugs that we'd uncovered. Now he seems to turn up whenever he sees us in the yard. He comes really close too. I hope you like him.
So anyway... HELLO THERE!
