You completely miss the situation. This is not a trial where the state must prove beyond reasonable doubt before depriving Kavity of his freedom. This is a political argument where the standard is whether or not she is believable. She most definitely is believable. Based upon what you just said, and the fact that your GOP goons will now hound Ford for the rest of her life. She knew she was facing retribution from right wingers but still came out. Most definitely believable in this political situation.
GOP keeps picking creeps. Moore, Trump, Kavanaugh, many others. Yet they continue to back them. Slow learners, those right wing nuts.
