An Idea for big plants!

Hi!
I have an idea and I want you to comment it!

So, I think to order some seeds, and start to grow them under CFL in late winter.
When spring will come, I will put them under sun. So it will make them bigger?
And I will get some more weed from the plants? :hump:

And what is best date in spring when put them out?

So, what you think about this idea?

Sorry for my bad English... :-?

Starting indoors will certainly give you a great head start. Put them out after the last frost.

Starting indoors is absolutely essential in my book. It increases the rate of success exponentially. Very young seedlings are extremely vulnerable to the elements and to small animals. Hell, even a slug could come through and kill a seedling. Most outdoor growers like to veg for at least a few weeks before moving outside. Some will veg for a few months in an attempt to get monster plants.

When to put them out is based on your local climate. You'll want to put them out after the last chance of frost. Most strains can handle a light frost, but check the climate for your area and find when the average final frost date is. Another thing to consider if you are in a warmer climate where the final frost comes in April, is hold off until May 1. I've seen grows from people in Southern California or the Southern United States where they put their plants out in like early/mid April and they started to flower because the days were still short.

BTW your English is pretty good. A few errors, but we can understand you just fine.

Thanks, I think i will do like you said sonar, some weeks until last frost comes, then some days and i'll put them out...

And what do you think, better they will grow in greenhouse or outside under direct sunlight?

Thanks, I appreciate that :)

It sounds like a great idea, to use only one seed, but get a way more plants ;)
Anyways I don't have a good place to grow a mother in my house, only small plants, like seedlings

P.S. This is my first grow ever, started it all wrong + in middle of summer, damnit this plant didn't make it...
And it's lowryder, my friend said that's not possible to grow lowryder so big.
Anyways this pics is old, it was way bigger in the end...

Make sure your plants are on a light schedual equal to the light present on the day of transplanting outdoors.

If youveg em big an got em on 18-6 an you put em out in may, the light difference will flower em prematurly.

If its not an autoflowering plant you want to veg them under 15/9 so when you put them out in the spring they wont flower right away
