has anyone ever gone to amsterdamn on there own ? im thinkin about it just wandering what you guys have experienced ?

what can i do with 600 to a 1000 pounds over there ? i plan on spendin one week

I went with two friends- I think a smaller group is better because you'll want to explore and wander off to look at/into everything. Accommodation anywhere is expensive- go camping so you can smoke with the tent next door all day and hotbox the hell out of that thing.

How much is your flight? We got a £100 train return, but I've seen coaches from £49 return, but that's from London Victoria.

As for the girls, I had every intention of meeting some cute girls, but I went with a straight girl and it kind of creeped her out so I don't know about prices. #^^#

I`m yet to go to Amsterdam but my brother and his girlfriend went and had lots of fun camping. Tent is the way to go!

Also rent a bike and tour the city too. He said its amazing when you press the horn on your bike and the crowd parts away to leave you a path lol

Iv been three times, there is a variety of places to stay.. check out the youth hostels if yuo don't have much cash
make sure to bring enough to have some fun
