Amnesia Haze 26th Day since 12/12 flip, too many yellowing leaves? Advice?

Hey everyone, I have 2 lovely Amnesia Haze plants trained with a scrog net in an indoor mini grow
Completely organic nutrients, I use Alaska Liquid Fish 5-1-1 in veg, and Neptune's Harvest Fish + Seaweed 2-3-1 + Unsulfered Molasses (1-0-5?) for flower.

I've just come to notice my PPM's are a little high, I'm not sure how bad this can be with organic foods but I'll be balancing out my PPMs with regular tap water for a few feedings. I'm not sure if this could be my problem (if I even have a problem) but its worth noting.

I flipped my light schedule 26 days ago so I'm just about at my 4th week of flower, I've been noticing a good number of leaves yellowing and eventually falling off after a few days. They're 95% leaves on the bottom so thats a typical sign that the plant is feeding off of itself but I'm just trying to be sure there isn't any actual issue here, I think I may not be feeding them enough N.

Having 6+ weeks to go I'm concerned these leaves are falling off too fast and it'll diminish my yield or worse so ive posted pictures of a fallen leaf, the overall plants, and a video with the flash on so you can get an idea of how many leaves are lightening up in color.

My leaves are a lighter hue of green which also has me feeling like I'm not giving them enough N and I should be blending my flower foods with my veg foods, instead of just giving them the KH and Molasses.

Thanks for the help guys.

Also my pH is 6 in the left girl, 6.4 in the right girl
they each get a 1/2 gallon of water (this will have 1-5% runoff in the trays)
and they eat just about every other day
