America Is a Failed State

The authoritaryan is demanding proof.

You are a fucking right wing propaganda shill. Your arguments against illegal immigrants, your gun rights arguments, your homophobic statements, your fake picture of a seedling as if that proves you are a grower, the obviously false claim that Republicans are same as Democrats and on and on.

There is a valid alternative, which is that you have bought in to all the right wing propaganda but falsely claim to be leftist like @schuylaar and others in the Cult of Bernie.
I made no arguments about any of that. All I did was post facts and point out you're a hypocrite.I made no homophobic statement (proof?)
And fake picture? Why would I post a fake picture of a seedling? LMAO

It's called a conversation, moron. Stay on topic. The topic was Mass shootings. That's why per capita was brought up in the first place, you fucking mental midget.
And that was part of the conversation, fucktard: that per capita ratings weren't a proper metric.

And I love how you deleted your post when you realized how fucking stupid it was but then you didn't realize I had already quoted it.

You're in a battle of wits and you're completely unarmed, asshat. Best thing for you at this point is log off a few weeks and hope everybody forgets your stupid ass.

If the soil is in direct light the top layer will dry in minutes, so that picture doesn't tell much considering the plant isn't wilting or anything.
Roots will not reach out if the soil is too wet, they will just rot.

Still no proof? Oh, and to answer your question. They are both crooked as fuck. That's how they are the same. Let me guess, Democrats aren't crooked?
Your position that Democrats and Republicans are the same is exactly the propaganda line used by right wing propagandists to suppress Democratic voting. I call you out as a right wing shill or perhaps a deluded Bernie baby. Either way you are staking your postion on the lower hill.

There are practically NO policy positions where Democrats and Republicans agree. None. Your attempt to divert by pointing out that people in both parties can act corruptly has nothing to do with the ideological and policy differences that are obvious between the two parties.

Your claim that the two parties are the same because there are people on both sides who are corrupt is a logical fallacy. Yes, both sides have had corrupt acts perpetrated by their members. That doesn't mean there are no ideological differences, of which in fact there are many and I've listed some of them in an earlier post. The argument you use is a classic fake debate tactic called a Red Herring. It is a foolish attempt at hiding the fact that you are wrong. That you are trying to use it only bolsters my argument rather than proves yours.

Red Herring (ignoratio elenchi)
A “red herring” is a distraction from the argument typically with some sentiment that seems to be relevant but isn’t really on-topic. Typically, the distraction sounds relevant but isn’t quite on-topic. This tactic is common when someone doesn’t like the current topic and wants to detour into something else instead, something easier or safer to address. Red herrings are typically related to the issue in question but aren’t quite relevant enough to be helpful. Instead of clarifying and focusing they confuse and distract.

Make fun if you want but I think they look ok for my first grow.

My point is, while they have ideological differences, it doesn't matter. They don't change or control anything. They aren't the ones pulling the strings. They just say what you want to hear...

i agree with you in spirit, one person losing their lives because someone else is mad at them is not acceptable, no matter how many people live there. however, the united states has 60+ times the population of Norway, you do have to take that into account. not saying it's ok to have 60 times the violent crime, that's obviously ridiculous, but you do have to allow for the fact that there are more than 60 times as many people here than there. not only does it cause statistical differences, it causes societal differences...we have a lot more urban population centers, and they are more densely packed. that causes more friction as more people come into contact with other people daily.
none of it is acceptable, but per capita does make a difference

"There is no correlation between crime rate and population for counties in California. There is also no correlation between county crime rate and population density if the outlier of San Francisco is excluded. The median county in California has violent and property crime rates roughly the same as California's."

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/California_locations_by_crime_rate

I discovered this while doing some pro cannabis research, I was shocked to find out that my county with less than twenty thousand people has a violent crime rate that is almost double the state's average. I would have to assume this is true through out the rest of the country.
