Amazing thought

Okay so today i was looking at carbon filters and silencers and thought to myself why are there 2 giant ass contraptions when they could be combined into one rig without the added waste of space and weight. So drew up a quick sketch of a DIY silencer/scrubber all in one. Any thoughts or possible improvements are welcome. For my system it would be 8" round by 24"-36" long with a 6" mesh tube in the center for the activated charcoal.

lol okay man plz do check it out, i will try building one here in the next few weeks to see how it goes hopefully i can get a good inline fan by then to, im using only a duct booster to exhaust air from tent thru hood then out with a 6" duct booter pulling air from my air conditioner into the tent
