There could be one anytime though... and what about future fires? Could be closer! And you always have to be worrisome of the feds... they could at least ruin your months of hard work even if the DA threw the case out. In AK we're protected under the AK constitution to privacy in your home, which means the feds can't even think about busting you for anything you do in your home. Everyone keeps to themselves and doesn't bother anyone, and everything you do in your home is alright as long as it's in your home.
