I wish i could say. im asking around to see if any1 can help me LST. i dont even know what it is lol. But it seems your doing fine. Mind looknig at my thread on my ice strain?

im also doing my first lst and it looks pretty much the same. it looks like your gal is starting to shoot up thoes branches! the one i'm doing grew 6" long branches in two weeks(!) looks like you are going on the same road. good luck!

Hey Guys, There's 100's of threads about LST - Low Stress Training.
In a nutshell - it's the bending of a plant to grow it in a desired shape or direction.
Mostly used for canopy control or when space is at a premium.

There's no real right or wrong way to do it. Have some fun and make it grow in a circle!!
