looks like you may have a ph problem, i also see possible nute burn (many ppl do this when they see issues they often think its malnutrition).

so if it's nutrient burn i should flush and then use diff water to fix the pH problem which is what is possibly making the stem red?

Cut holes in the cups if there are none, on the bottom that is so air can get to the roots and the soil will dry after flush. Keep posting I wanna see if they make it.

As suggested above... do you have holes in the bottoms of the cups? You need to drill / cut a few if not.

RO water is reverse osmosis filtered water. you can buy your own filter or you can get it at a grocery store. I just bring 5gal water jugs to the store and fill them up.

ok they have reverse osmosis water down the street i know what you're talking about i have 3 5 gallon containers full of it right now so i will water with that and there are holes at the bottom of the cups so the water can drain i did that from day one

Also it looks as if the dirt is mulch, or the cheap stuff. I am suffering now. Try transplant to something unseethru, bigger, with better soil.

agreed but i was told it was ok to use this dirt in the beginning because it wasnt as strong as other soils that could burn the plant what type of soil is preferred?

You could also try adding a little Cal-Mag plus. Your gonna want to add this if your using RO water
