ya easy to be tough on internet huh
You would know better than me... Listen man, I just came home from doing almost 10 years in prison and I don't have the time or the patience to be dealing with the likes of you... So if you don't have anything worthwhile to talk to me about, then keep it moving... I wont bother you,you don't bother me... Duces... Im moving on to something better.. .

This will sound out of place but I think it is relevant.
If you are growing in soil and using beneficial microbes.

I would consider feeding some molasses the last few weeks.

Listening to harley from npk university
He stated that towards the end of the flowering process the plant gets stingy with the sugars the plant would normally exude to share with the microbes.

So you can add the molasses to keep the little guys numbers up so they can continue to free up nutrients to the end.

This would lead me to believe that he himself would feed to the end at least for certain crops.

It's why flush is done with RO (distilled water) instead of tap or spring water

I'm not even sure of why it works (except for PH reset with ph'd water or distilled)....maybe the complete saturation coupled with literally washing everything away (good and bad) that causes growth spurt following a flush...

also when timed right then plant has only storehouse from leaves (which will make for bigger buds than added nutes) from which to finish buds so not smoking bunch of nitrates and crap

my dank nugs are rock hard and very tasty (funny story of guy who won't smoke his own pot...kinda hard to believe anyone could suck that bad)
R.O. water is not distilled water.....they are 2 different things. There's so much mis-information in this thread, it's ridiculous.

WRONG

it's a fkn word game between flushing/leaching

all these, "no flush", idiots spew the same crap about leaching

best reset for PH is a flush

best way to leach/flush away buildips/deposits from hard water/tap water is flushing/leaching

no one believes anyone is washing away nutrients in the plant itself ...that would just be dumb wouldn't it

flushing is good at clearing soil for close to finish so no more nutrients like nitrogen are taken up at finish because they taste bad

quit spreading BS about flushing all you dumbass, "no flush" idiots!
You're right, if you're dumping nitrogen and what ever else a week before harvest you should flush because you're a fuckin idiot.

Most reasonable people choose to learn how and when to feed. People like you choose to stay clueless. Wouldn't it be easier and cheaper to not overfeed and cause problems in the root zone to begin with. Heres some facts for ya about water clearing soil of nutrients clown.

What is Soil?
Soil is one of the three major natural resources, alongside air and water. It is one of the marvellous products of nature and without which there would be no life.

Soil is made up of three main components – minerals that come from rocks below or nearby, organic matter which is the remains of plants and animals that use the soil, and the living organisms that reside in the soil.

You can wash away what the fuckin soil is made of, but still have soil in the pot? You're brilliant. You have to be a troll no one can be that ignorant unless it's on purpose. You should stick to eating paint chips and crayons.

Maybe, I don't know, No shit! If water resets soils ph how do people grow weed outdoors?? Rain water is about 5.5 so how do you suppose the ph stays in range? What ph do grow in? Must be a MF'er for farmers to have to run around with buckets of ph up every time it rains.

I love a good flush debate.
I think part of the problem is people use "flush a plant" when they mean "flush the soil". Or the reservoir.
All you flushers ... google "how do plants eliminate waste" or similar and learn yourself something.
You'll find some interesting facts.
Like those resins we all grow this plant for ... it's a waste product.
Plants also store waste in their leaves among other things. Want to flush? Chop all the leaves off. That'll do it.
Carbon dioxide? Waste product that the plant actually reuses.

If you want to flush, flush.
You're not doing what you think you're doing no matter how much you believe it.
You can't flush a plant.
Best practice is to feed gently. Just enough for the plant to carry on the processes it needs to.
You'll never even think about flushing again.
Or buy into the 20 step nutrient programs and and contaminate your plant and media.
Then flush to make yourself feel better.

If you get into PH trouble or salt buildup from synthetic nutes ... leaching your soil is perfectly appropriate.

" flushing a plant " might be a knee jerk reaction like ... " FLUSHING DRUGS DOWN THE TOILET " .....

Example :

" QUICK ! ..... 5-0 just rolled up on our ass and LIVE PD is with them ! "
FFFFFFFUUUUUUUCCCCKKK !!!!!!!!! *flushes plant

" I just had a soggy Caesar salad and that shit has lettuce ... That's a plant "
*gets the shits .... CODE BROWN ! CODE BROWN !
*flushes " plant "

LOL ... Sorry ... I'm high right now .

Hope it helps

In porno mags they sell penis pumps that give you a 12 inch cock. I mean it's in a porno mag must be true.

Listen to the woman in the video at 11:15 "in soil you cannot remove a particular element" Her name is Dr. Neela Bakore. You can't dump water in soil to remove mineral content that easily. Look up cation exchange capacity. I look at em like magnets that hold hold nutes in the soil. If they washed away that easy crops would be deficient every time it rained. It's worked that way since dinosaurs we're shitting on them.
Bad weed cones from bad growers.
