I've only had once that I had like 3 females and the rest males.

Most of the time I end up with 7 or more females :)

Gotta have temps and such perfect when sprouting , higher chance of female.

Well for the first week from sprout they were at a steady 75 I think, 50-60% humidity. 24/0 light. I think they got pretty decent starts at least.

Oh I have no doubts :) , it's the waiting that kills me bahaha. You think with this many grows in my patiences would have been training a little better. NOPE! Haha

Alright so pretty boring day today, nothing to do!

Won't start another microbe brew for a few days until the AKs and PMs need watered again. The worms are taking a liking to their new home already, and they got food, so they are taking care of. Tried to go outside and level ground for the pool and it started pouring. So now I'm trapped inside with nothing to do but take snappers of schwag off the bong. :mrgreen:

Oh I did start germing two Auto Purple seeds, from my Auto Purple freebie I grew a couple grows back, early this week. They had tails in a couple days, and today they are starting to pop soil. Going to throw one outside, somewhere not very noticeable, see if all the hemp plants in my area will pollinate it. The other one I'm going to throw into our sun room with a bunch of the other house plants. Just going to have fun with these, little something to play with on the side.

But even those are set for a few days. I'm not about to start cleaning on a Saturday lol. :lol:

Thought I'd post another picture of the whole place after the tea feed. They enjoyed it of course. I also moved the plants around so they are all getting equal light. The ones with red tags are Purple Monkeys, the green tags and yellow tags are AK48s. Two are yellow because they are in 3g pots the rest are in 2g pots.



If they finish in 60-70 days from now that would be great, but I just don't know. They are still youngish, only couple weeks under 12/12 fs. :p

Sorry just getting over, this past week has been insane. As far as carpet nugs go...hell naw..lol but the ganja god sent me a little surprise! found an old dramamine tube with some dank in it..:mrgreen:
 
Your nose must work better than mine with the tea man. I'm on the second batch since you told me that, and I can't smell any molasses. I even put in 4x molasses and 2x myco's. Been brewing for 30 hrs. What do you have those worms living in as far as medium? How long does it take to turn the medium into mostly castings? Never thought about raising my own since castings are so cheap, but hell, I'm always down with free!

Well I just set my bin up, so I have no idea about how much castings I'll get. I'm using newspaper,cardboard, green and brown dried leaves, and a couple cups of soil.

Idk I can clearly smell molasses compared to compost or if there is a combination. I just use 2 cups earth worm castings and 2 tbsp of molasses, after 48 hours of bubbling I'm good to go, probably add a little molasses in between there. That's for 4 gallons of water.

Do you have enough aeration? I'm running two 40g and one 20g aquarium pumps.
 
I would guess the aeration is good because it doesn't start to stink until 4-6 days and has bubbles completely covering the top. I use mycos, seabird guana, bat guano, castings, molasses, alfalfa, maxicrop, and sns209 in mine. Maybe there's so much it just overpowers the molasses smell

That sounds like an amazing concoction. Gonna copy that info if I don't get scattered too soon. I need meds bad. Like the prescription kind. I wish I knew what would work best for me without flattening me out. I hate being flat.

The type of tea you just described to me is more of a nute tea, you most likely aren't going to be able to smell the compost/castings or the molasses. This is the type of tea you use to feed the plant.

The tea I am talking about with smell the compost or molasses is just a microbe tea. Different from a nute tea, a microbe tea is simply for creating the microorganisms to add to your soil at higher numbers, the the microbes in return help your soil and your roots, which helps your plant. All you use is two things, castings and molasses. This tea you can feed as often as you want, but can get to the point where the soil is so full of microbes that you don't have to feed microbe teas and often and your soil microbes will be self-sustaining.

Oh I know how you feel. Spent years trying to find something that works and finally said fk it. Been trying to ween myself off my scripts by smoking more, but then I ran out. Now there is a good chance I'll have to resort to starting over the whole weening process if I cant get green soon, just don't know when it'll happen.

Actually the bin was pretty easy. Had everything on hand, and by that I mean not that guy that seems to always have everything on hand haha. All I had to buy was the Red Wigglers. Make sure you only use black n white no color in the newspaper, as well as the cardboard, just plain. Eventually their bedding will consist of more dirt/castings/ and less paper and such.

I water the lawn in evening then I go out with the kids and flashlight when dark, snag the worms, and been tossing them in the raised garden beds. They peek out at night too so I know they are there. Now I just gotta get my little one to only catch them in the yard and leave in the gardens lol
