All in one system?

Hello,

Im thinking about building an aeroponics system that will take plants from seed/clone to fruition in one go. Im new to this, so please stop me if I post something stupid in my plan below lol ;)

So far this is what im going to do. Im going to build my own basic aeroponics system with a large rubber tub. This will serve as the resevoiur and will have several 2 inch net cups on the lid thats attached to it. Inside the tub ill have a water pump hooked to a pvc square frame that will have several sprayers on it to make sure all the roots still get hit as the plants grow.

Ill start each plant by stuffing rockwool cubes in each net cup, then the seeds in the rockwool. From there ill sprout my plants, then help them continue through their life.

Does this sound like it will work? Any pros/cons yall can toss out for a new grower?

Thanks!

Sounds good and very similar to my setup. I started seeds in a jiffy cube. I have a reservoir with a lid with several net pots with a submerged pump hooked up to 2 shrub sprinklers for Seedlings. then veg thru flower I switch the reservoir lid and hook up PVC tube to same pump. I use expanded clay pebbles in my net pots. Go for it

Your system sounds good and yes I would use seeds in jiffy pucks. Don't know how well you could use what you described with clones without starting them in a cloner first. My 2 cents
