if they're that wet after 4 days you have some issues. I'd say you also have some really bad ph problems,

temp humidity and airflow are always great to provide

Your plants are are fine, so is your pH. Don;t go chasing a problem that DOES NOT exist....just water.
yes quite ! they are outside growing girls after all. look at any outdoor grown plant its got the odd spot or dry bit. no biggie. i def wouldnt go adding shit for some "deficiency" . Agree with Supertramp on this, there simply is nothing wrong ! Just water as usual .

i dont agree that it looks like this, sorry ! however im interested to see how you diagnosed these symptoms from such a relatively young outdoor reared plant.
You've nute burned them... the soil has enough nutes.
if anything thats what the spots are... diagnosing symptoms that arent there then adding shit to it.
i know folks that have grown weed for years and they have still not understood the idea that cannabis almost does itself !
just add water ! dont fuck it up. instead they always have strange colored leaves (whitened and yellowing ) and the only thing that keeps it going is the life left in the plant... then more shit gets added... it goes on . the yield ends up being shit and the extended flushing is the only good thing that trys flush the wasted crap out. at the end salt build up and tide marks around the pot... i blame most peoples interpration of the high times "advanced techniques" or some fancy crap they read somewhere.
