Well after an eventful game of poker the other night with a couple of friends (and juicy J's) I ended up leaving £30 up and with a packet of 10 ak48 seeds .. I didnt plan on growing outside this year as i have alot coming up and didnt think i would have the time .. However, im going to start these tomorrow/today and will update with pictures as often as i can.

Planning on starting in my house inside small pots blah blah blah before transporting them to my very secret postion :-o

I know its not ideal as i should of started AGES ago but free seeds and nothing to lose so why not :)

Never grown Ak48 before so if anybody has a would like to share thier wisdom please do.

Keep it Green .

Ok quick update .. Germed 6 ak48 seeds, all had tails and have been put into soil containers .. fancied germining some bagseeds so i did about 20 of them with surprisingly high success .. hopefully have around 14 sprouts by the end of the week .. I would put pictures but im pretty baked and you know what seeds and pots of dirt look like :)

Keep it green .

Looking good man .. why the protective caging on them ? do they get alot of deer attention where you live ?

Keep it green.

First year growing outdoors I lost 26 ish plant this year. Wave after wave was decimated. lol
All my lil ladys i started in feb would have been trees by now.

I put wire cages around em an rabbits an gophers dug under em to get em.
So i added wire root cages to keep em out an deer went in the top an ate em.
Then i seald the tops up an mice got in an ate em.
So i went with little square fencing to keep mice out an i havent lost any in the camo cages.

Heres the video when i busted deer in my garden.

That sucks man .. Makes me feel lucky now that i have nothing like that to harm my plants where i live .. the only thing going to fuck it up is me .. Does the protective fencing not block out the sunlight however ?

Keep it green.

UPDATE - Ok took some pics today as it was a splendid afternoon .. The plants are getting bigger by the day. Quick question however .. the plants are streching for some strange reason, they are in direct sunlight with a breeze on them and they just seem to be getting a bit lanky. When i repot them i will put dirt up the stem but i have never had this happen to me outside .. any suggestions ?

Keep it greeeen.
