Okay guys, I have been growing for a little over two weeks now using the aero garden and flora nova grow nutes, and my plants are looking great. They only problem is, some of them are developing a lean. I am not sure as to why. I have had a fan on them before they even sprouted. The leaves are a healthy green. For the time being, until I get a sloution from one of you guys, I have used a dome cover to support them in a fairly straight postion. Please let me know if you have any tips to help me. Thanks :leaf:

Phototropism, when your plants lean or stretch towards the light source. look at your lighting for a solution.

what kind of lighting is it? flouro? aerogarden right?
Look at your lighting. they are trying to be directly under the most intense area under your flouro's and they will stretch or lean to be in it.

I'm just assuming your using flouro's cuz you stated aerogarden.
if its not flouro's then maybe light is too far.

either way, a leaning plant isnt a problem as long as its balanced to not fall over or not stretching on you.
good luck to ya.

Thanks for all of your help man. I have been rotating the pods every day so they will straighten themselves out. I started flowering a day ago(because of the space in the aero garden, and I swear I am already starting to see pistils. Is it to early after one day to see them? Hoping for all females. There just bag seeds tho. Thanks again for all the help :weed:

Just planted a couple seeds in new aerogarden veggie pro and was wondering how long did you go before flowering? this is my first attempt ever at seriously growing a plant, thanks

The plants are probably stretching some. The lights are actually a little tall for seedlings and young clones, so it is natural for them to stretch towards the light.

I've grown a LOT of cooking herbs in my Aerogarden, and the seedlings all straightened out on their own as they got taller.
