Driver for about $100 shipped. My local hardware store carries 16ga solid wire for less than 25 cents a foot. I mounted my driver outside the cabinet so I spent maybe $5 on wire. I built a frame out of 1x3's, maybe $6 for 2 at the local hardware store or lumber yard (furring strips are cheaper) Then you'll need a simple plug to wire to the driver and your golden. It sound like a lot of stuff to source, but it couldn't be easier to put together. I can send you pictures and give you advice, and HLG has excellent customer service if you have questions.
