A true american religion, Urantia. Your thoughts?

A philosophical book appeared in Chicago about 70 years ago, it combines diifferent beliefs just like America combined cultures and people.
Unknown who wrote it, modern example of how this crap starts lol.

I read about one in the south pacific a few years back, probably the same ones left over from WW2.. It felt a bit surreal to me that on this planet there is everything from the Stone Age to the Jet Age.

I read a lot of The Urantia Book back in '76 as a early teen.
My older Hippy friend turned me on to it and at the time it was available in a bookstore on Hollywood Blvd. I remember it as a thick book and my friend said it was written by Angels.
Very interesting nevertheless.
