65watt CFL Replacement Bulb

I was considering 2 of these for vegging.

Can anyone please check it out. Their site doesn't provide much information. Thanks in advance.

I don't know why but I got the feeling that these bulbs might require a ballast?

Yes. They are Mogul Based, but that's not a problem. I can use an adapter or wire it myself. I'm just not sure if it requires a Ballast. If they don't for the price they're awesome.
