600 watt mh/hps single plant

Hey guys I'm growing a single plant of a feminized Holy Grail 69 from Samsara seeds. Originally in a blue solo cup filled with Happy Frog soil then transplanted yesterday to a 5 gallon fabric pot filled with Vermifire soil. So far so good. I let them veg outdoors ever since they broke ground, and I let them veg outside for 12 hours then I would move inside under a 600 watt mh. Now I have them indoors always.

What do you guys think? Should I top my plant, maybe mainline it? Or could I just let it grow and tie it down that type of shit?

You should def try out whatever you haven't tried yet haha; everyone has their own preference.

For me personally, I love tying down my girls ;):P

hey all, so my plant is doing good, I topped her right above its 3rd node and now she's really taking off. I've only been feeding her RO water and she is doing great! This vermifire is the shiet!

The first pic is 3 days after the second picture.

So I started tying her down, I'm trying to get those 4 shoots in the center to grow bigger and grow out then tie those shoots down perpendicular to the two main shoots. Any suggestions? How do you guys think it's looking so far? This is my first time LST'ing.

Update!! So I noticed yesterday that the humidity in my tent was kind of low so I put in a little humidifier and the leaves are looking real perky and hella green! Seems like she is growing faster ever since I put it in too. I love this vermifire soil, def gonna use this stuff again if I do another run.

Anyways you can see in the pic the pipe cleaner that I was using is only stuck in one end, it seems like when the soil starts to dry out it just pops out :wall:. Anyone have any suggestions how I can tie my girls down? I'm probably gonna use the pipe cleaners again when I water tomorrow, the wet soil makes it sturdy when I stick it in.

And I'm probably gonna start flower on July 4th :hump:

Sup pepolez, I'm getting a 600 watt Ushio Opti-Blue on Sunday so I'm gonna switch my stock bulb out with that one.

I'm gonna be flowering in a little less than 2 weeks and I need some advice on how to keep my grow organic. I'm not really trying to use synthetic nutes or any kind of liquid nutes really except compost teas, What kind of shit can I use to feed her doing flower? I would be interested in compost tea but anyone have specific recipe for flower? Any type of amendments I should get? Topdress maybe with bone meal or something?, I don't know lol.

Hey I need some help it would be much appreciated. So I got my Ushio 600w opti blue and I got it online. Anyways the package was already opened and the package didn't seem new itself. Also when I took it out there were 2 small glass fragments inside the bulb. I don't know whether this matters, and if I should return it or not? I installed the bulb and it seems to work as intended but I can't tell if it is as bright as it should be if it were brand new... I can't tell if this bulb was used or not... And I don't know whether I should use this bulb considering the 2 small fragments inside.
Here's a picture so you guys know what I'm talking about.

Should I just keep it or return it ?

O yeah the packaging was really dumb, there was airbags and stuff but whoever placed the actual product inside put it on the side against the actual cardboard box with the airbags all against one side of it... Like it wasn't wrapped completely. Kind of dumb whoever packaged it.

Hey guys, I started flowering on July 7th and she is already doing great. My god she got a lot bigger than my last uploaded picture. Anyways I've kept it organic, nothing but RO water and some silica, after a few days from 12/12 I top dressed her with 1/2 cup of happy frog fruit and flower fert and I have been watering her with RO water with a little silica blast. She is really chugging water now, I fed her 1 gallon of water on Sunday then had to feed her 1.25 gallons this morning. She is really putting on size lol... no buds yet though but GOT DAYAAAM, this is gonna be a big bitch when she is ready to harvest.

O ya, I am flowering with a hortilux super hps 600 watt. I'll post some pics in a few days.

Day 25 of 12/12 flowering
The last two waterings have been AACT
I use 1 gallon of RO water
about 100 grams of compost
a teaspoon of happy frog fruit and flower
about 4 ml of molasses
3.5 ml of fish hydrolysate
3.5 ml of liquid seaweed
and a gorilla finger piece of a dead banana peel

after brewing with an airstone for about 24 hours I add in a 1/4 - 1-2 gallon of RO water to the tea then water all of it to my plant
