Seems that I have put too many GO nutes in the baby bu soil and not enough in the ffof soil. Master Kush needs some in ffof , headband is overfed using same 75% of mcg. suggested.

Hello! I am using the same vero29 and spectrum than you (still in veg) and I'm curious to see the evolution of your grow!
Have a good grow ;)

Well I messed up. The soil was very hot, causing issues at transplant, tried to flip using 12/12 to early with a heat issue at the same time. I never really recovered. After all that one of the Blue orca haze females popped four male flowers, two which I found and two that sent out a lot of pollen. Every plant popped some seeds, feminized. The will to live was astounding as I have quite a few nice looking seeds, boh x cherry bomb, master mush, headband and boh.
Harvest time, a little early as I was leaving town.

Thx for the pics! Are you satisfy with the vero29C 3500k 80CRI? do you think they can make good harvest?

This would be my sixth grow. New soil somewhat from suggestions and what i could find:
Instead of humus and aged compost I used
2 bags FFOF
1 bag perlite
cup of:
kelp meal
fish meal
oyster shell powder
rock dust

No nutrients, water is mix of RO and tap to get to 150-200 ppm, not ph'd.
The plants are at 7 weeks from seed and 10 days from flip to 12/12.

Harvested 7 plants near end of February, most were unable to finish up properly due to two issues. The FFOF witches brew seemed to be very hot with high PH. I struggled with water PH that was too high, but having read all about soil i did not think that I had to worry about PH of water. Which is true if you have a well buffered soil, which I did not have. Stressed by PH and heat problems I ended up with early lock-outs which I could never figure out. I think it was all PH related.

Smoking those flowers now, mazar x pck and blue orca haze, still like the haze.....

So now I have three soil blends, a FFOF start with two plants, both have had some nutrient deficiency but are doing ok. One is Cherry Bomb x Blue Orca Haze and the other is Gorilla Glue bagseed, both from hermy plants.

Next soil I still screwed up, using 1/3 Promix HP, 1/3 EWC and 1/3 perlite amended with kelp meal, oyster shell powder, rock dust, and fish bone meal, which should have been fish meal. So far water only with one watering with Epsom salt:

and BOH x Boh and Cherry Bomb x BOH

The last soil from GAS: 1/3 peat, 1/3 EWC, 1/3 pumice and biochar, amended 1 cup per cu. foot. : kelp meal, fish meal, oyster shell powder and rock dust.

Regular seeds from Swami: the Yogi and Mazar-i-sharif x Pakistan critical kush.

So noob experiments with accidental feminized seeds, silly business. Cherry bomb x blue orca, very large, trichome's lacking and disappointing.
Headband 707 x blue orca, a short stout plant with amazing trichome and terpene for me, probably my best flowers so far:

No training or trimming!

Lesson learned to a degree, tossed the other accidental seeds except the headband variety. Struggled with hermy's from hermy seeds, go figure!

Other half of grow still under lights. Soil and associated temperature and watering were all new this time. Swami's Mazur PCK looks good with some purple and the Yogi from swami looks fat and smells quite a bit.

I think I screwed one up when I put diatomite as a top cover over soil on one of my plants, must have misread a post in organic forum.

I had to put down these boys today, 5 out of ten, guess that is average. A little sad as they have so much potential!! SOS gear, two Yogi and two UWC/Cascadian frost. One headband by humbolt.
