So my question is this;
Should I clone now? Or clone in another week once a few more nodes have formed and I can take a clone without effecting the overall plant very much.

It's funny though. I had 4 female plants, surrounding a single sproutling, which then grew up to become a female itself. So it's become a real girl party in my grow room! I'm just wondering if I should start them making babies!!

looking good dude. you can take the clones now if you want or wait doesnt matter. i take 4 clones when my plants first 2 nodes get about 4" long. i take the whole first 2 nodes as clones right down to the main stem. that way it opens up the bottom some for air flow also. it's nice seeing them preflower white hairs isn't it

I'll say, all 4 clones are showing it, and the S1 is lookin pretty good too. I'm 99.9% certain she's a female. Which is great, since it's just THAT much more bud. All her growth looks pretty small and frail tho, i'm not sure if I wanna take anything from her at this point. ::shrugs::

And i'm actually gearing up to take clones right now, got my jiffy expanded and soaked, picked out the places i'm taking the clones from, and i'm sterilizing my workspace. Wish I had some rockwool, or even rooting sponges. But it's what I have to it's what i'll use.

good luck i use soil and party cups for my clones. seems to work good for me so far.

OK, so now I have 3x clones of my master kush clones, and 1x clone of my Purp seed plant.
I have pics and data, i'll transcribe and upload momentarily, I just found something really interesting and wanna grab a pic and upload it with the rest!

With any luck, in 8-12 days, i'll have 4 rooted little plants.

And now, hours later, the clones still look healthy and vital. Now I play the waiting game.

My hours, and the rest of the users on RIU just AREN'T THE SAME!! >_<

hey hey i use jiffy expanded pellets for my clones with rootech gel and so far 100% success its my first time taking clones 4 bubblelicous clones and 4 pk clones plus i started germin 1 early blueberry fem from next generations, 1 white russian auto from g13, and 1 kings kush fem from greenhouse.im going to grow the kings kush and early blueberry out and clone them as much as possible for my outdoor grow....they will go goood with the bubblelicious , brazil x kc, and pueplr kush...a friend just hooked me up with some critical mass that im going to get ready for outdoors also thigns are looking goood and im still online just havent been able to get any updates lately but today im posting pics headint o the room to get them asap

Nice. I've REALLY wanted to Order from Next Generations, but mostly cause i'm a huge star trek fan, and they have a strain called Betazoid that i'd dyin to try out.
And as for the clones, I have them in a clear container that seals at the top, I open it a few times a day for fresh air and a misting or Superthrive, R/O water, and a SINGLE DROP or bleach, to help retard bacteria growth. The box sits on a heating pad, and has a humidity meter in it. Which stays between 65-90%.

Lights: 17 - 26W CFL Bulbs, 4x 5000K6640, 13x 6500K @ 27,440 Lumens...(Unfortunately for me, half the output og a MH @ the same wattage)
Nutrients: Miracle Grow 24/8/14 @ 0.4 tsp per gallon (slightly less then recommended)
Water; ph: 5.8 Type: RO Amount: C- 36oz / S- 26oz
Current Cycle: 24/0 - Veg
Misting?= N/ N/ N/ N/ N
Overall Notes; I took 4 clones this watering period, before I watered with Nutes. C3-1, C4-1, C4-2, S1-1 using Rooting Hormone Powder from Lowes, and peat pellets. They're in a clear plastic tote, with a thermometer & Humidity Meter. The Humidity stays between 70-90% with regular sprays of RO water with superthrive, and a single drop of bleach to retard bacteria growth.

Notes: Is neck & neck in growth with C1. Took 1 clone from C3 & made C3-1. Hopefully the leaf damage doesn't effect growth in any sense.

Notes: I can safely say that C4 is now OFFICIALLY 100% recovered, and no longer suffers from ANY stunted growth as a result from her slow start and early damage. Also, i've taken 2 clones from C4, her stock is great, but her damage before being planted stunted her growth, I believe her clone will be a great addition to any garden.

Notes: Vertical growth is taking off! But her horizontal growth is truly what will make her a strong producer in my garden, in another 3 weeks, the C1-C4 will be very large, and S1 will be ready to switch into flower. Also, took 1 clone from her, another purp strain female plant is always a welcome addition in any garden!! ^_^

A bulb slid into a plant and singed a leaf on a couple spots...I can't wait til I have my MH and only have to use my CFL's for cloning!!!
