400w hps, 150w hps in a 6' square tent

i have a 400w and a 150 hps lights for a 6' square grow tent, i have 5 10-15" clones. and i have 8 feminized seeds that i have in a humidity box under 3 florescent 24" grow tubes that i will be adding to the room once they get big enough. i am going to start flowering my 5 clones in about a week. then when that is done i will be putting the seedlings and 5 autoflower seedlings in the tent to veg. well the autoflowers will just do their thing... do you see any problems i will run into? my timing good or bad? also the tent is vented with a 6" duct blower, fan oscillating all the time. and for now i have a humidifier althow prolly wont need it once plants get bigger. i do not want to run dif light setups for 3 stages.... i have a veg and bud tent and a seedling box. i wont be doing clones as i am switching to feminized autoflowering strains. i really enjoy watching the seedlings grow. and i dont have room for monster plants. when my reg plants are done i will most likely keep with autoflower straines as growing is so much less hassle. no switching lights no timers for 2 dif rooms and crap... just one tent and one seedling box on a constant rotation. when plants are almost done i will start more seeds. any input is fine. i can take criticism... thanks all.
 
Sounds like you have a good plan. Please post up pics when you get started! You could SCRog in your flower tent and grow monster plants
 
what is scrog? i have heard of sea of green.. kind of what ill be gearing towards once i get these regular plants out of the way.... like 12 at a time autoflowering. oh and i will be posting pics soon as my camera i ordered last week gets here. lol lost my last dig camera in the sand dunes riding my quad.... dont think ill find it.
 
the big one is 24 days ahead of the other 4, then there is two clones i made for other patients. they are not growing in my room just getting established. i have 4 clones all within a few days of eachother. those are the 5 ill be budding first. then i have 8 seedlings in a hydrobox. all feminized ipot and nothernlights. 4 of each. and the 5 auto flowering will be introduced... at some point i guess. lol let me know what u think.
 
its basically placing a net/wire over the plant. the plant grows into the net retaining its height, you just keep pulling the branches under the net. you can completely control the height. you can grow monstersized plants underneath or you can grow a SOG, or sea of green, many small plants.

so now im up to 6 clones i got a strawberry cough the other day thats the same size as my samller 4. now i have 6 clones going to be budding at once under a 400w and a 150w.... hps both. and maybe 7 if my good friend decides to bud his one with mine. shortly following are my feminized seeds of nl and ipot from ministry of cannabis. (btw very fast shipping) and then as i said at some point i will start some autoflowering seeds and be gradually moving my grow to autoflowering only... maybe ill do one monster on a scrog with a couple autos to be ready while i wait.... soundl like a good grow to me. lol althow i am rookie and am still trying to decide how exactly will be the best way for me to grow... post pics update in a few min thanks for looking. any comments welcome.

this is labatt blue in the back and luck they called it in front. oh and the one pic with three i was confused on it has strawberry in it too.

so all in all i have a big berry grape kush plant, a medium labatt and medium lucky, a small strawberry cough, a small flying dutchman, and a small berry grape kush. i have 4 feminized i pot seedlings and 4 feminized northern lights seedlings.

my goal is to have some variety and pick one strain to keep a plant of... prolly labatt blue as it is very stinky and strong, fast growing.... nice plant. yet to bud thow so we will see. then swithch over to autoflowers.... i am almost certain i will keep one reg plant and scrog it... just got to figure the details out yet. lol my tents huge space with only budding 6 or 7 at a time is not an issue, heat so far is not an issue althow summer is comming so again, well see.... its in a basement and in a grow tent. should be ok.
 
bumping my own thread... lame. lol but i got new additions..sry no pic yet. my friend brought me a 30" plant to bud and a 18" plant to bud when i start mine to flower next week. were are testing dif sizes of plants and how each strain grows... thinking were gonna flower under two 400 w lights. one mh and one hps for the dual spectrum. and i will rotate plants daily under each so they always got good light. anyone gonna comment on this? i just want some security to know im doing good or bad....? what problems you all foresee....
 
are you saying 800watts for 6 squared feet? a single 400 would do or make a bigger room make full use of the coverage. i place my lights less than a foot away from plants
 
the tent is 6' 4"x6'4"x6'4" i have 8 plants in it.... from 30" tall plant to 8" tall clones all going to bud at once. 400w hps and 150w hps on em right now. going to remove 150w hps and add a 400w mh for flowering. im only in half the room the other half is work space ill hang one in each corner and switch the plants back and forth so one day hps one day mh for flowering.... one 400w seems like its not getting to everything with so many dif sizes of plants althow i got some short ones sitting on bricks to get as even a canopy as i can without blocking light to lower branches too much. being able to spred them out a little more and use two lights should help alot. and the dual spectrum of mh and hps should give me big buds while producing quality too correct? as hps makes bigger buds but mh makes more trichs.... or am i wrong there and should use either one or the other?
 
ah well you have 40ft.sq. 1/2 of it is 20'sq 800w could hardly light it up, i would get a 600 instead of another 400 or shrink it a bit more
