very good advice thanks man and i really hope so dude.You can always drop some mylar from the ceiling (A little wall) to lessen the space/increase light distribution. It's cheaper to close in your space to work with what you have than to spend on upgrades to cover it all... unless you already have the schematics done and ur mind is set. Either way it seems like it's gonna be a killer grow. Good Luck with everything.

Going to start one myself. I still have enough brain cells to post journals on my grows currently.. just lazy lol I have one in week 8 flower and 4 clones in a 2x2 in week 3 of flower. I kept them short and flowered quick to work with my tents. I have 1 plant in a 2x4 and wouldn't have been able to fit another in there if I wanted to.very good advice thanks man and i really hope so dude.

The boards won’t get as good of coverage as the bars but they will work. You can get Kingbrite 480w boards for half the price of the SF TS4000 or 480w bars for about the same price as the TS4000.What about 4 x Spider Farmer sf 4000's in a 8ft x 8 ft tent
is that sufficeitn enough for Co2 supplementing
I've fallen in love with this light just shame about the $600 per unit price tag
4 480w fixtures are the minimum wattage I would recommend for 8x8. That gets you 30w/sq ft.
Personally I would go with kingbrite or Meijiu over Spider farmer, same quality for less.
I'd say use what you have and add white lights. Your blurples are better suited for veg than flower. Don't rush into buying, there are lot's of lights to consider. Many are satisfied with Meijiu lights from alibaba, but don't expect great warranty service. DIY strip lights are very popular here, check out some of the builds.

I'll be 100% giving it a try so if you imaging a 2m x 2m tent and 4 mars hydro 900w panels positioned centred in each 1sq meter space.
any space around them i will try and cover with strips....some work i bet but HOBBY is the name and LEARNING is my game.

Personally I would upgrade..... Got some good suggestions already. Not mars though, longevity issues still exist. Jumping through Social media hoops for some free lights works too I guess.

My knowledge is more mixed spectrum in good retion to one-another shouwld be good.
what spectrum will these strip lights put out in the specrum band ?
will they be more close to hps rather than metal halides high blues

My fixation on Co2 supplementing is that it boosts up 30% more yield if utilized under perfect optimal continues conditions i.e.
*higher air temp
*higher light intensity (evenly ove canopy)
*controlled humidity
Controlling the environment as perfectly as i can.
Lets say i'm some what of a (if i do it - I want to do it right kinda guy) especially this time around...!
My last 3 grows were just OK and im not pleased with my results even though the avarage joe might have been.
BTW don't even use wilma 4 pot systems their tiny 4mm feed lines clogg up so bad i didnt even realise and without doing regular cleaning
as the novice i was my grows suffered during late flower and end results
This time around im going as automated as much as my budget will let me and also to the best of my ability.

10 x 42ltr(9 gallon) storage pots......each 9 storage containers housing 2 x 14cm net pots.....so 18 dUTCH iceberg lettuce ladies spaced
The 10th 42ltr stroage container will be my res and placed outside of the tent for each access.

basically my goal as youve probably gathered i want 1000/1200/umols/par evenly over my canopy
So Co2 acctually works for me., peace out for now
I maye just go up to 8x8 tent for more options and room for scrog and i think the 18 pladies would appreciate the leg room
well i guess i should go with 8ft x 8ft and thats most likely what i will do more room to work inside and more options like you say ?
