4:twenty's 1st Grow | Custom Closet - SGS160 LED - Pineapple Chunk/White Widow - Soil

Hola peoples

So, some basic info. This is my first grow (other than just tossing a seed in a pot and setting it outside until it works or dies), and I am building a custom setup in my walk-in closet. I am setting up two 3x4 corner rooms, in you guessed it... two of the corners. Each one will have an "active" area of 24"x36". I will be growing 3 plants in each.

Lighting: Two Area51 Lighting SGS-160 LEDs
Lighting Cycle: Since I have timers, I am going to try out the Gas Lantern technique of 12-5.5-1-5.5, then 12/12 with the lessensing of light time by .5 hours per week during flowering.
Medium: Fox Farm's Ocean Forest Soil
Nutes: Fox Farm (Big Bloom, Grow Big, Tiger Bloom)
Filtration: DIY Activated Carbon Filter with inline 4" fan. (I will be posting video tutorials on building this, as well as the entire closet construction.)

I am waiting on the lights to get here(the Area 51 site says they are back in stock on Sep 1st) and will then begin building the room. I have seeds in hand, ready to germinate! Once I have the rooms built I will post pictures, step by step guides, and video tutorials on the entire construction including parts list. As the grow goes on, I will update very very often, and will be asking many questions as well.

Im subbed im very interested in led grows want to learn as much as possible from watching other's grows before I break down and purchase one

AD, I am very intrigued by the LEDs as well. I cannot wait to see the type of product it produces, while reducing my overall power usage and drastically reducing heat.
