Is that under QB?!!

She' bbeautiful. Please send to me your address so that I can swing by and bring you a delicious pie. Then we can partake!
Nope just shitty marshydro LEDs, strain was Txomango :) Most potent smelling weed ive ever had my hands on. My nose was all red after trimming.

Doing my first personal run under samsung F series strips right now (same LEDs as the QBs though).

Here's a picture from a run under the same samsung LEDs I helped my friend with, but it was his grow so i cant share all the pics. Strain here is Goji OG. He pulled 1050 grams from 600 watts.

LEDs grow some fire ass nug. And blow away the yields of CMH. It's a win win.

So quantum boards or migro? I really like the migro philosophy of different angles.
Definitely QBs. You want naked LEDs (no lenses/reflectors) if you're in a tent for maximum yield and uniformity. Plus QBs blow away the efficiency of migro.

So should I get optics installed on the 320?
Im also worried about the UV.

Nah no optics unless you don't have reflective walls. They throw uniformity out of wack and can cause bleaching, and they also reduce yields since the optics waste some of the photons.

Don't worry about UV. It isn't a big deal. If you're worried about UV for trichome production, just get a higher color temperature of the QBs (like 4000k) because the extra blue in the spectrum will do about the same thing as adding UV since blue is higher energy than say green or red.

The only problem with quantum boards is getting the 3000k in stock, year later and the supply is well. Something they really should address this, no one wants to go on a email waiting list, loads of alternative options are now available to people that we did not really have a year ago.
I'm personally now going with f-strips as I can get them on demand in the spectrum I want. But if you can snag the legit quantum boards you will not be disappointed.

3k and if you don't get stupid amounts of trichomes your doing something really wrong.

Is there a quality difference in the affects of the fruit between the two? The curious side of me wants to try a grow with both to see if a tangible difference can be detected.

Between CMH and QBs or the 2 different QB kits?

You might notice a small difference between the QBs and CMH. The cmh will probably be marginally better.

But between the 260w and 320w QB kit, the only big difference will be more yield from the 320w kit.

You actually answered a question for an question I didn't know I wanted an answer to! All of you have been incredibly helpful. Thank you gentlemen.

I do, I haven't really been able to find any yield reports for QB boards. I don't suppose you have any G/watt report from your own or trust worthy second hand source?
My Best QB GPW in 4x4 using 2x 260w kits which are 285w each at the wall. 1.67gpw.
Last 5 harvests per 4x4 (flower tent is 8x4 staggered harvest) where over 2lb dry. But I run QB on one half of tent and a bit more wattage on the other half using citizen 1825 cobs. Ive used cobs longer than QBs so have a few more harvests under them. Still not loads though as previous years were all HPS MH.

To answer your pot question. 3 gal is small for 2 plants in 9 square feet. You can pull good weight no worries. But 5gal or bigger will mean bigger root mass and thus bigger plants. More roots more fruits.
Cloth pots have their down side but compared to plastic the root growth is huge.

You still have a lot of white hairs and zero amber trics, think you might have harvested early bud, good try though.

You also still never answered the question, do you have a cmh and QB or are you just speaking out of your ass?
