It's alive!!!! It grew a shoot with 2 baby leaves on the top and that's all the matters now I was an unbeliever that those white thingies were hairs but in fact they are retracting. So for the record, it 'is' possible to get calyxes straight from the cotyledons.

Nope, this 'disabled' plant grew out 2 pistils and no growth at first but they retracted and it actually started growing lateral branches and no main stem... a freak of nature or something. CrackerJax says it's been munched on and that may be the case but it's still here among the living.

It will gradually grow up and convince you to bring back unsuspecting victims so it can drink their blood.

Well Jax, I was convinced that my original self was consumed and that my other body was grafted into the mothership's cloning system. I guess I'll be more than happy to turn others into 'pod people' for Corky.

On a real note, is there a chance that this thing can turn into anything good or am I seriously wasting my time? Give me a brief explanation on your reason if you can please.

Nice, glad your plant made it. On another note, where'd you get your seeds? I've been in search of a landrace sativa from mexico but am not having much luck.
