3-panel test and etg

hey, i didnt know where else to post this question but.... I have to take random 3-panel tests and etg tests

I found that quitting pot is quite challenging and i need something else to get me through this.. lol

what does that 3 panel and etg test for?
cuz i wanna start doin' the closest thing to pot that wont be tested for on my drug screens...
