3 month veg indoor - Tops of plants are drooping & discoloring on other plants

Hi all! I have a few questions about my girls. Let me give you all a quick rundown of the afflicted plants.

The big plants:
- Medijuana strain
- Just hit the 3 month veg time under 1k HPS, going to start flower soon once the new room is finished.
- Nutes/water regimen:
+ Pro-Mix organic soil
+ GH FloraNova Grow
+ Botanicare Silica Slast
+ SeaGreen (humic acid & other proteins)
+ Heavy 16 Prime Sweetener
+ Occasionally will add some GH CalMag
+ pH adjusted De-chlorinated tap water

The issue:
The new growth seems to be drooping a bit and coming in towards the plant claw-like. There was a heat issue (it was spiking to the 90's) but now its a steady ~79*F. Humidity is good, there's AC and an exhaust fan in the room they're in.

The pictures:

The smaller plants:
- Sour diesel (I believe, I got seeds from another grower friend)
- Same diet & conditions as the plants above

The issue:
- Discoloration on the leaves
- Curling in some areas
- Just plain don't look as happy as the other ones, ideas?

The pictures:

Medijuana clones:
I took some clones from a previous medijuana plant and they seem to be developing similar coloring issues to the sour diesel ones above.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks all! :bigjoint:

I feel like perhaps the nutes at the strength you are using them might be a little too much...
Because too much nitrogen will make the leaves droop, and curl, but so will the heat... If the very tips of any leaves look burnt then I would say it is too much nitrogen throwing everything off...
Too much nitrogen can also look like any and all other deficiencies...because it causes other deficiencies to occur.

pH is always adjusted to 6.5. I could try flushing them in case soil pH is off.

As far as ppm the big ones have been doing well at 1000ppm but this last feeding I gave them 1050 the previous feeding. (that's including the 150ppm of tap water) could that last 50 have been enough to throw it off?

From what i can see in the pics i think its a lack of airflow and not enough circulation, also what is your nutrient meter reading at? Should be between 1.7-2.0 and your ph should never constantly higher that 6.0. They say between 5.5 and 6.5 meaning it can fluctuate ie: 5.5 today and 6.0 tom but going from 5.5 to 6.5 daily will end up bad. Try keep it at a constant 6.0.
I go for 5.8 as the PH always seems to go UP sometimes but never down on its own.
Could also have something to do with your medium or mediums drainage. I generally use the Ebb & Flow system and Drip systems. Switch to a hydro system for the best results

Some pictures of magnesium deficiency. Note how the leaves start to fold up like a taco as well as the yellowing between the veins of the leaves.

Zinc deficiency is the other possibility (picture below) but I'd go with magnesium. As they say in medicine, if you hear hoofbeats, think horses, not zebras.

I'm a newbie trying my damndest not to kill my first grow, so I don't know jack shit, but your plants look like a pretty classic case of Mg deficiency to me. And if you are growing in soil, they say to keep pH in the mid 6 range. It's lower for hydroponics.

Now, if only I could figure out what's wrong with my own plant..... sigh........

Awesome post! Turned out to be a mag-def. I was neglecting those smaller plants and not feeding them correctly anyhow but all is fixed now.

As far as the big ones, I believe it was a heat-related issue. They took a few days to recover but they're all fine and dandy now! I start flowering tonight :D the girls got way big. Each one is under their own 1k hps light. Wish me luck!
