This thread got me feeling like i need to put in more work with my vegging plants lmao. I don't even see my vegging plants more then once a week or twice a week before transplanting. I just water and forget untill i have room for flower. When flower comes around though, ill be peaking every few days lol.

I use 24/0 with cfl's or 18/6 hid's, If you use 18/6 on sativa's with cfl's they kind of stretch not like 18/6 with an mh.

This thread got me feeling like I need to argue on the internet a lot less.

I started with sunlight which was 10 hours a day. Switched to CFLs 24/0, then LED 24/0, and flowering 12/12 of course. I'm seeing no ill effects. In fact, the little girl grew a foot or so in 2-3 days.
