:-P:-P:-P:-P:-P:-P:-PI just found out today that I am the mom of 2 beautiful ladies. I found some pistils this morning when I woke up! Happy New Year to me!!!

I have 2 ladies under about 250 watts of cfl. They are GOOD Bag seed...stinkin up the room. They are 7 and 8 weeks from seed. I will be flowering within the next couple of days. I have quite a bit more light to add also.

This is a true testament that you can have beautiful grows with the CFLs. I just wanted to share my excitement. Can't believe they both turned out to be females!!!

I will keep updated with flowering if anyone wants to follow-up.:leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf:

Thanks hamsterman! I could actually use a little more room and have spent more than I needed to. First timer syndrome. It has been very successful so far but I will def. do things a little easier next time...I prolly stressed them a lil here n there, but I think I got the hang of it.

Thats good that u r planning to get more lights before flowering cause dem bitches are gonna get big at least double in size and u need more lights to get thru those bushy bitches!

That much phosphorous is not needed man! Check out the nutrient section of the grow faqs!

Your going to mess up the balance of nutrient uptake into your plant and risk having way to much fert! Keep in mind you are gonna smoke this eventually and even a typical flush will not get rid of that much P after so long of use! I really encourage you to click on Grow FAQs and look at the water/nutrient section.

thanx for the info bigjesse, I have a friend who we all call Big Jesse....weird. anywho, because i use MG Soil w/ferts i use no nutes during veg. then i alternate molasses and Bloom Boost(1/4 strength) up until week 6 of flower then i use high dose of molasses until finish and it works amazingly. Ive also tried Better-Gro Orchid Bloom Booster(11-35-15) i have to say the only differences i noticed was that the MG made the leaves turn yellow sooner than Better-Gro, but leaf yellowing in mid to late flowering is normal. BTW I have not had any plant yeild under 1.5 oz dry, so im happy:lol::bigjoint::-P:sleep:

I am satisfied with the vegging from the CFLs I am using, but I do know that If I do not get more light to these gals then letting them veg. this long would not give me optimum results. I wanna go BIG!!! I am shooting for about 400 watts.

I started off using Miracle-gro moisture control...Not alot 2 say bad about it, but I'm pretty sure it had a gnat infestation and I think that next time I would like to add my own nutes. I did transplant a few weeks ago into some Foxfarm and I am very pleased with the switch up. I will be using Fox farm Bloom and Big Bloom. I should wait a couple weeks into flower before I switch to flowering nutes, right? I'm supposed to let the N. slowly go away, huh?

Thank u so much guys for all the props and replies. This site is the reason for this successful grow!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my first plant inside a gutted computer case, with 1 42w 2700k and 2 23w 6500k, and used the same soil you mentioned.... my little guy grew extremely fast and healthy, never had bugs or any discoloration... only down side, i got a male... but was a bagseed so w.e. I planted 4 more (Fire, Water, Air, Earth) named after the Alchemy Index by thrice... hah anyhow, your plants look great, hope i cant get at least one of the 6 seeds i have now to be a female...

fox farm advises switching to big bloom at the height of vegegative growth as soon as plants show sign of flowering. so i would say start usin it!

the plants still need some N, just not as much.

you can use 1/2 tsp of grow big and 4 tablespoons of big bloom per gallon of water.
