1st time need advice please!

hey guys like the title says this is my first time growing and i just got my first sprout and its been almost a week and it looks like this, should i be worried? If so, what can i do to fix this if possible?:shock:

what kind of soil is that? and how often are you watering?

Ok that explains your yellowing, FFOF is a bit hot for seedlings and you should be watering like every 5 to 7 days at this stage

don't overwater it (biggest new grower mistake) if it survives it will be fine, but perhaps stunted a bit

so i should have used light warrior for seedlings huh ? and then would it be fine to transplant right into ocean forest? If so, how long into veg.?

and it seems awfully hot in the room the thermometer is reading 89 but there is fans and also does feel a little humid.

Hot for some strains but FFOF grew all the seeds I germinated last (6) with no nute burns on any of them. However that does seem to be the case..
