Oh yeah and that I grow in coco and feed straight away with EC 0.8 of my base nute.

Never a plain water day.

Mainline training begins tomorrow.

Tomorrow I will TOP for 4. Then give them a few days recovery and then the bondage session begins.

when i clone the lower growth off these im gona try topping them at a smaller size then i have this time!
im a bit worried there stretching to much.
i topped the j herer at next node down yesterday as it looked a bit to tall plus only 4 rings with them off ebay so might just be flowering 4 and the j herer for practice
 
I took 4 clones just off my critical+.

Thrown away 4 from the OG and 4 from the pineapple skunk.


Wish I had more room again lol.


I think you could have gotten your plants under the HID a bit sooner which would have reduced some of the stretching you've seen. Also a bigger pot earlier would have helped too.

i will be starting in a bigger pot next time and will be under the mh quicker haha il take a note of how long its taken me to get this far then start my next lot before these are due down save a little time....
but i think i am gona buy a 250w ballast i already have a shade and flower clones in here with hardly any veg for a constant supply

set a nice cloning station up aswell near tent since temps are bang on then loads time to play with the main lining
 
Get a veg tent with the cloning bit built into it. There the bollox, remember the Jacky h is a sat Dom so won't necessarily make a Bush easy.

I recommend rings But it can be done without.

Do you have a fan blowing on your girls, this will achieve stems like j

Looking good j but I fear your rushing it a tad, I would let the next nodes grow then chop back down to the set we see now for 4,
Remember there constantly under stress right now and there root zone isn't the biggest, it's very easy to stunt them, and you don't have much foliage at all.

I only recommend waiting as this is all of you guys first mainline and as nugs said it's not for every strain....
 
i have just planted the 4 into 18ltrs left the j herer out as only getting 4 rings, just took 10 clones aswell 2 off each will be back with pics in couple hours
 
well here they are repotted in there final homes found sum rings from the same seller just different shape and no one has bit on them fingers crossed I get the 4 for 15.50 1st 2 pics the afghan kush, 2nd 2 pics the blue rhino, 3rd 2 pics critical 47, 4th 2 pics caramel ice 2nd last pic is just showing how much I have left so I can top up with soil as I cut lower growth off and last is the 4 together

Thanks for the warning.

But I'm fine. I'll do it my way for now otherwise I won't learn anything.

I've hacked at plants like this before and still do when needed.

Also I'm not on a deadline like budolskie.

I've got enough bud to last me til this time next year lol.

i plan on vegging till bout 2nd week october, to be honest i wish i had hacked mine a bit earlier aswell i know i will be next time.... few things im changing next time thats what its all about.... plus i think im gona make a new small rooting place and flower under a 250hps in where im cloning and that at the minute

I hope to be trying this method of growing soon so, this is helpful.

What is the advantage of mainlining over other methods?

Higher yields (if done properly) Less popcorn, more uniform buds/growth.... And it eases our growcd (ocd for growing :-) )
