Not sure how well those would work.

Mine are going to be a grand total of around 30" tall with 12" of that buried into the medium so about 18" above medium level.

You don't want anything too high. Its mainly to strap the branches too for support when they get heavy, not necessarily being the top of the canopy close to the lamp.

Ideally you'd want something with around a 30-50cm diameter with about 3ft total height when standing up. This way 12" of your support sits in the medium giving you 2ft tall above medium to strap your plants too.

Again IMO you don't need your plant support to reach the top of your finished height plants. It only needs to be used to control their growing location.

Topped mine last night

Cloned the tops. Might try a small mainline on them if I get enough veg time with them otherwise they'll be flowered like the last lot of clones I ran with.

Should be starting my training tomorrow. Lower growth is good enough IMO.

Here's a shot of one of them.

Got 4 possible clones on each plant too as I topped at the 3rd node to create my manifold. So we'll see.

That is one fuckin thick stem for such a small plant! Got some trick IDK about?

You can cut those cages in half and make two out of one, depending on how big your plants are going to be. Thats what I did, these plants were not all that tall though. Obviously with floppier genetics more would have to go into supporting heavy tops on thin stems.

These were the cages I cut into sections. You can see each branch is attached to the ring.
