you might want to get them out of clear containers those are always bad because when the roots reach the sides so does light and light is never supposed to hit the roots. lights look fine cfls are cool, they don't get hot and they are a good source of cheap light. What are you doing for drainage? I noticed you have them just in cups on a board and if you water them to much you will get the soggy bottoms and you will have root rot before the 3rd week. I would put them in something that isn't clear and has proper drainage but lights and such look fine for now. You will also want to leave the door cracked and put a small fan inside for air.

they are looking good.
i would get some different soil that soil looks a little bit too barky
and yeah get them out of the clear cups before the roots hit the sides, or better yet, ducttape the sides of the cup all the way around, you never wanna transplant more than once, make it to where NO light can get in throught the sides, and poke a bunch of holes with a tack in the bottom of the cups for drainage
in cups that size 3 to 4 weeks and i would transport them to there finishing containers...and one more thing get some mylar wrapping paper and line the walls of your cabinet with that if you can, its cheap and the back of the wrapping paper is extremely reflexive
pleasant growing!!!!!!

Thanks for the clear cup comment I wraped the cups in black electrical tape.No more light for the sides. The soil is called Organix I bought it at the hydro shop.It supposed to drain well well for seedlings. What soil do you recommed when its time too transplant and what size of pots?

well if you bought it from the hydro grow store than it should deff be good for your seedlings
i would go find some more organic soil from the store.
the size of the pots really depends on the size of the plants. keep in mind that they will still grow 2 to 3 times more in size when you enter the bud cycle and by the time they are ready to harvest, so tell me what size you want them to be and also what strain are you growing?

you probably would wanna start the 12/12 at around 2 and a half or 3 ft tall in that case
and for plants that size your gonna need a hps or mercury discharge light, both you can find at the hydro grow store and md lights at some sears
you should only need a 250 w hps
md lights would still kind of be pushing it, they only go to 150w i think... i would advise the hps that will ensure good bud production from the bottome to the top of the plants.
your gonna need about a 12inch pot or so
pretty good sized one
good luck!
