Small cabinet micro grow

Hi guys, here is my setup:

Cabinet 85x63x39 cm
1 PC exhaust fan on top, intake hole about 10x10 cm on the bottom
Reflexive foil all around
2x 11 L plastic pots
1x Royal Dwarf auto
1x Purple Queen auto

Two light options:

2x 32W CFL dayslight (currently using)
1x Viparspectra V300

My question is - I have 2 weeks old seedling and I am kinda worried to put them under Viparspectra V300 yet in such small place because of the heat and light intensity producing. Currently they're under 2x 32W CFL daylight spectrum, trying to keep RH about 50% and temps about 25°C. Any suggestions please? :) Also, should I really care about circulation fans, or is the exhaust fan enough? The thing is, that if I turn off the circulation fan, my humidity rapidly raises and that's important for seedling I guess.

I am a newbie, so any advices really appreciated. :)

Thanks!

EDIT: typos, but I am pretty sure there's gonna be more :D

you want gentle wind blowiing around your grow, this makes the plants put there energy into thickening the stems up, keeping your plants shorter and giving your young lady's some wellcome fresh air.
so yes, get a fan blowing across them
