Oh man they smell really dank and just like grape soda, no joke but I am using botanicare raw grape, it's really good stuff and the buds look like they're coated in sugar. It's the same as giving them molasses and you should use it on all purple strains you have. My whole backyard smells like sweet dank pot because I have the exhaust shooting out my back window, it's awesome lol. I did veg them for 6 weeks because I read that gdp likes a longer veg time so you may want to veg them longer to get the same results. Here are some updates, they will be in their 7th week this Tuesday. Still no purple yet but hopefully they will start purpling up soon, I'm keeping the nights around 62f which should help. I also have some outdoor master kush and girl scout cookies extreme from ILGM and I have to tell you they look really dank so far so my experience with ILGM is awesome, I dont know why people nock it. Maybe because it's not a brand name. All I care about is the quality not the brand name.

Anyway your doing an awesome job on your plants so far, good job bro. I take it your like me and researched back and forth for your first grow leaving no stone unturned.

Yeah so if everything goes well which it is so far you should get the same results! Keep us posted on your grow and I'll post some pics of my final product after they're dried and trimmed.

You have a straight Forrest of buds!!! I'm enjoying that scenery. Yeah I'm not sure why either but the purple haze and GDP is stacking pretty good so far ! I think I'm going to get more seeds from them in time and try out some strains that I havnt had before. I can't wait to see your results ! Do you have a journal?

No I didn't make a grow journal, I kind of wish i did but it's too late now. For my next grow I will for sure. After my gdp is done I'm growing bubba island kush, glueberry o.g from dutch passion and london cookies from holy smoke. I'm going to grow twice as many next time since I have the room for it. The only complaint I have with soil is all of the watering needed, my indoor girls need 1 gallon each every other day and I have 9 of them so it gets to be a bit much especially with my outdoor plants being in 20 gallon containers. Your going to be a busy bee watering all those plants lol, but its worth it in the end.

Be careful of your height in those tents, I originally started in a tent but I ran out of room during the stretch during flowering so I had to convert a room into a growroom. I waited until they were 20 inches tall before flowering and that was too much, my lights were getting too close so just keep that in mind when vegging them.

I have to hand it to you, growing 20 different strains especially for your first grow is quite the undertaking, I can tell you that's more than I could ever do, congrats!

I will be following your journal I'm very interested to see your results!

I still wanna see pictures of your harvest , how many plants did you have? How many lights ? What wattage? What soil ? What nutes are you running? Give me the full rundown, I wish I had space I’m in a Tiny and I mean tiny 2 bedroom , so tents were my only option, and I’m scrogging so the plants can be maintained on height, also for extra support for the buds, I have a second net that is going to go up next week and also got a third if needed for the Sativas. Heard they jolt up in size, I flipped to 12/12 last night so at 8 am the light went off and then came back on at 8pm, no light leaks it’s in a windowless room, temps are about 70 when lights come on and 78 80 four hours later, I will be adding a AC to the room for during the day to mimic cold nights and hopefully get some good colors coming in!!! Yeah my plants need water but I have hella Home Depot buckets I fill up 3 buckets and aerate them as I’m using them and have a water pump for a small fish tank that I use so I can just feed in the line and switch it on switch it off to stop, eventually I will just have extended houses with male connectors at the end so I can just open the tent and instead of reaching in have on on every pot and jus plug and water unplug then plug to the next, let the pump do all the work and no reaching, and thank you I appreciate that a lot , it’s not as bad as you would think , but it’s forsure not easy, watering and feeding I have to keep a list and write when they got watered how much they were fed and how often and if I see any burn or deficiency, it’s all a work in progress, but I can master at least one strain no burns no deficiencies great quality buds I will be happy!

I'm running two 1000 watt hps lights cool hoods, two king plus 2000 watt LEDs which are supposed to be comparable to 1400 watts of hps each. So I'm running about 4800 watts total and 4 lights total. Next grow I will be adding another 1000 watt mh hps light and another 2000 watt king led so it will be around 7200 watts total. I'm using both hid and led because you get benefits from both kinds. Hid for high yield and led for dense potent buds.

For my soil I'm using fox farm ocean forest through the whole grow from seed up until now and added 20% more perlite for better aeration. I'm using 5 gallon vivosun fabric pots which the plants seem to really like since they dont get rootbound. I initially started the seeds in solo cups like you did with 5 holes on the bottom then transplanted at two weeks.

For nutes I'm using the whole line of fox farm grow big, big bloom, tiger bloom, open sesame, beastie blooms, and cha ching. I'm also using botanicare raw grape for sugars and carbohydrates. I only use half the strength of nutes since ff ocean forest already has nutes in it. I didn't start feeding until week 4 from seed.

I have two ac units in my grow room. One is a portable unit that is 14,500 btu and the other is a built in ductless split system that oscillates up and down over the plants.

I keep temps at 75-78f lights on. For the last few weeks I have 61-64f lights off to bring out the purple, before I had the lights off temps at around 68f. My RH is between 45-55% always.

Ventilation is very important so I have 1 exhaust 440 cfm going through the cool hoods and another 440 cfm exhaust close to the ceiling. My portable a.c unit also acts as an exhaust and intake since it's a dual hose unit 320 cfm I think. Then I have 300cfm intake on the floor. All intakes and exhaust are connected to my window so its fresh air coming in and exhaust leaving the room.

I'm also scrogging and I have two nets up but you will still need more support when the buds get heavy. I use yo yos that hang from the ceiling and clip onto the plants with a plastic hook, they're great and were a real lifesaver.

When I initiated flowering I gave them an initial 36 hours of uninterrupted darkness, I think that's why I saw pistols right away rather than weeks later. Then I continued to use the metal halide bulbs for 2 weeks to promote thick stems and minimize stretch.

My indoor grow is a total of 9 plants, next grow I will do 20. They start out small but boy do they get big quick. I topped all of them twice early in veg and I defoliated about 3 times. I did it twice during the last weeks of veg and once after flowering. I basically lollipopped them but kept plenty of fan leaves on for insurance in case of deficiencies. Never had any deficiencies so far and they just started their 7th week today so about 2 more weeks to go. I will post my harvest results for you and some pics of the buds.

I'm also running two 16 inch standing oscillating fans on each side of the plants and then I have two box fans blowing air underneath the canopy to prevent mold. I'm also running a 7 pint dehumidifier at night to keep RH down. Then I have a built in ceiling fan than blows air above the canopy.

I know lumens isn't the greatest gauge for light intensity but my lumens are 160,000-180,000 depending on the area of canopy so I have to keep my lights pretty far away at about 24-27 inches from canopy not because of heat but because it's so much light.

For my water I'm using a big berkey system which is the best water purifier you can get. They get rid of everything but the minerals so I never needed to add calmag and the plants seem to love it.It purifies just as well as RO water but without the hassle and expense. They aren't that expensive at around $200 considering what your getting it's worth it.

I think that's everything, let me know if you have any other questions. I'm looking really forward to harvesting since it's so close. It feels like Christmas for me lol, since this is my first grow and will really help my pain since I'm disabled and gdp is great for pain.

Thanks, it was a last minute idea because I ran out of room in my 4x8 tent but it worked out well in the end. I'll post pics of my setup later today.

Yes I'm in California, I have a question for you if you dont mind me asking. How much did you pay for your 99 plant license because I have the same thing and I paid $200 for 3 months which seems a little steep to me. They just called me because it's about to run out and said I could renew it for $240 for a year, is that about what you paid?

So here are the pics of my setup, keep in mind that I had to get this done in one day because my plants were too close to the lights in my tent so it was kind of an emergency job lol.

First pic is of my 2 hps and 2 led lights.

Second pic is my ductless split ac system which shoots right into the cfm fan connected to the hps lights and then over my plants.

Pic of ducts going out the window and I had to put towels and shirts over the ducts as a temporary solution because I was getting light leak lol. Next crop I'll come up with a better solution.

Just another view. You can see the ductless split a.c unit moves air over cfm fan then plants. Those yellow things with strings attached are the plant yo yos I was talking about to support the buds up.

Well that's pretty much it, I hope that gives you an idea.

For one day that’s pretty impressive ! I wish I had space to do that! Where did you get those yellow yo yos at? Everything looks like it working just fine!!! Thanks for the pics !!

No problem and thanks for the compliments. I had to add two extra lines of 20 amps each because of all the wattage I'm using so I have 80 amps total which gives me plenty of electricity to expand.

I got the plant yo yos from amazon, they are an absolute must if you have heavy buds with a scrog and they are very gentle on the plants. Here is the link to the ones that I bought. They have others but these have locking mechanisms which is a nice

Switched to 12/12! Fire og , hades og , strawberry banana , gg4, blue dream , blueberry muffins , Donatello , sfv og and jack hammer are in the flower tent , View attachment 4205680
Your plants are looking really nice and healthy! It may be some extra work with all the different strains you have going but wow it's going to be really rewarding having all those different strains to medicate with! Fire og is one of my favorite strains!

Is this all for personal use or are you going to be "donating" to the dispensaries too because with your license your considered a vendor now.

With it being recreational now I'm trying to figure out if the price dropped per pound. I know it use to be $3500 per pound for top shelf but it might of gone down now. Any info on that?

Well technically this isn’t a vendor liscense and it’s all personal use, and a coupe buddy’s, you know how that goes lol , I wouldn’t donate it, I wouldn’t have enough at the moment maybe in the future I would if I was bangin our numbers but for now we’ll see what happens

Day 4 of flower , day 6 for clones. Everything is looking well, clones are all still alive so that’s good! Screen is fillin out , going to add second screen soon because I’m anticipating a stretch very soon, veg plants are looking healthy, decided to top and pretty much defoliate the whole gdp plant to see what happens and it’s growing well, I only did it right before a feeding so it had power , just like working out you won’t hit the gym and eat Doritos you’ll eat something with some nutrition in it, super excited , super happy that this has all gone well so far , can’t wait to see what kinda quality buds come out, but even if it’s leafy or not the dankest bud I’m having fun and enjoying this ! 65AF828E-C1A1-4F28-8DD7-160FEE7E3F8C.jpegFEDDFDA1-1BB7-42E5-8D68-3467CB3FA1E6.jpegAAC912CC-2F9F-418C-BC17-B689E89B5642.jpeg65370FE6-E730-499D-B95E-B52C7CE8C872.jpeg

My camera broke so i can’t upload photos til my new phone comes.... but the Donatello and the jack hammer that were in flower showed male parts, truly upset but it’s okay, two blue dream are doing wonderful, blueberry muffin is short no real stretch yet, fire og is short also but doing great, sfv og and hades og are lanky as hell, really stemmy , and the gorilla glue is right in the middle of lanky and stacking nicely, everything in the mother / veg tent is going good, concerned about my clones tho, the tops are turning yellow and curling, only a couple have showed roots (blue dream all 4 of them) and 1 blue muffin out of 2 but everything has yellow tops, wondering if the led in the tent is to much, if I didn’t air out enough , or maybe even nutrient deprived, only time will tell, can’t post pics for a few days so I can’t really get any help, everything is pretty much dialed in at 1/2 or 3/4 strength for feedings plus some magnesium salt and molasses , mixing 1 tbl spoon of each per gallon , using house and garden full line of nutes for soil , watering plants with feeding and plain water just enough to where I see some run off , cleaning the run off up with a little shop vac and then whipping it down with paper towels about 3 minutes after run off has stopped to prevent mold or mildew issues , as for the clones the vent was open all the way, it’s been about 2 weeks so I took the dome off completely tonight , maybe I’ll steal my wife’s phone for a few pics , over all other than the clones and the males I’m happy , one hell of a hands on experience , the cookies clone I bought has not grown any taller or new growth that has been about. Month but it’s atill green and perky so I wonder if when I planted it , I disturbed the roots,

Any input out there? Maybe from a dollar feed they got and the light? But over all the veg tent is doing well , topped the hell out of the gdp , I’m almost on day 12. Of flower and the budsites are small but showing everywhere , overall I’m happy but still want to know what the hell im doing wrong with my clones, but this is my first go around cloning just happy to see roots, guess we’ll see what happens within the next few days, one of the blue dream clones looks very sad and looks like it’s going to die , but o well you grow and learn , like always here are some pics!
