18 gallon DWC

That looks like root rot is forming, you could also use Dutch Masters zone for a sterile root zone. Is your PH stable or slowly drifting through out the day? I would assume that if its root rot your ph would fluctuate dramatically especially after it spreads to the other roots, since they are all in the same rez. This may not happen though due to the size of your reservoir. Also quick question, are you submerging the net pots into your solution or do you have a gap between the bottom of the net pot and the water table? I ask because you can manipulate the water table in DWC to produce more roots, focus on vegetative growth and or possibly trick your ladies into producing more trichomes during flowering?

PH stable
Gap in between as of week 3 Rez change.
Net pots were submerged a little then I reduced by 3 gallons in hope that the roots would search for more water.
GH FloraNova Grow is muddy and it turns Rez brown but the roots that are in the water are white. in between is kinda brown so I don't know and there not slimey.

That's why I asked about the water table. I recently threw some organics into my DWC res and reduced the water table. The roots in between the solution and the bottom of the net pot are somewhat brown and stained, however the submerged roots are almost translucent. You could simply smell your roots also if they smell like nothing or have a pleasant aroma, you are good. If they have a pungent odor you might be a red neck, I mean you might have root rot. Also its good to see service members growing for pleasure/ptsd. 11B here, ground and pound all the way.

I dont think your issue is stain. FloraNova may not be the best nutrient to run for your tub? I run all hydro and used it on my last grow. Though it is a stellar nute line and my plants loved it, it may not hold the best design for some hydroponic applications. If you are having root problems in hydro, Id switch to a 3 part synthetic since they are less likely to add any color or stain roots making diagnosis a snap. Id also recommend running some h2o2 in the res to kill off all the bacteria in your res if you dont run organics, then change the res out at day 2-3. Be sure to use h2o2 in your new fresh res change as well. By running a fully sterile res, and keeping your temps in check you should be able to avoid the issues your having with the roots. Best of luck with your grow!

Oh you can just see his root rot plain as day now. Right where they clump together in the center you can see the brown sludge of imminent death.

Right below the net pot yes. And I'll pray for you. But just be prepared to start again.and use GH flora trio. not FLORA nova.
