Hey guys, never posted in awhile, recently got my license to grow indoors. Im on my 3rd grow and am looking for some advice on increasing my yield and quality so any inputs is appriciated.

My room is aprox 4x10 feet. I have 2 aircooled 600w hps lights and am keeping it at my aloud 12 plants. They are vegged until they are about 12+ inches. I use foxfarm trio for nutrients and keep my ph to 6.4. I am growing in soil and use profesional growing mix soil and 12" square pots. My temps stay about 25-27 degrees.
strains i have are ak-47, purps, ogkush, bubblegum, gov. issued indica, shark attack, white russian.
The main reson im posting is for a little advice. My first grow was excellent but since then i havent gotten the same quality or yield. My plants start to yellow about half way threw flowering, sometimes sooner with different strains . And oddly enough my top colas seem as though they are converting back into veg mode at the end of flower but my lights stay on 12/12.

I have equipment to run co2 but i cant seem to figure out the best way to run it and keep my temps in a ok range because it will get quite hot in there with the intake and exhaust shut off for 10-15 mins at a time to let the co2 run.

I will be converting to flood tables after this grow because i know its superior to soil, but i would still like to get the quality of this last run with soil to be as good as my first. Im not exactly a noob when it comes to growing as ive been outside for years but indoors is somewhat new to me altough i do alot of reading.

I would also appriciate some advice on how to keep my room colder in the summer (possiblmy going to run ac if need be). And warmer in the winter instead of my 1600w space heater.

Wont be able to post pics for a week or so.

once again any input or advice is greatly appriciated

Yo, noticed no one has replied. Hope you have found out what you need cause the info is out there for sure. I have plants in a basement that is constantly around 60F in the summer because it's all cement, and in the winter it can get down to 40F...basically whatever the ground temp is plus a few degrees. SO...in the summer time I keep venting all the heat out of the room up high and pulling cool air in from down low, lots of fans. Make sure the air is circulating properly, when i first started i just had fans blowing everywhere and it basically kept the hot air circulating around up top and all the cold air down low. Make sure you are pulling air from one side of the room to the other. In the winter time I just pull the ducting out of the wall and let the heat from my enclosed hps heat the room.
It's actually interesting because during the night cycle it will get down to 55F in the flower room which can be problematic at time with the root zone gettin to cold, but it will turn some strains a darker blue or purple with cold temps at night!
You can also pull warm air from other parts of the house using ducting and an in-line fan to keep the room warm.
You could also just invest in warming pads to at least keep the root zone up to temp.

Hope some of this helps, I just wanted to drop a line.
PEACE!
