I'm still new to growing & have spent alot of wasted money trying different designs, products & learning along the way.
Ok, so after many changes & trial by error I think I have the room down. Here are a couple drawings I made. I hope they can help someone trying to come up with ideas.
12'x12' room sectioned off.
1- 9' x 12' flower room. Built bigger so You can add 2 more 4'x4' trays & 2-1000watt lights when ready to expand, or you can put a 4x4 tent in there for veg.
Outside of the room is the fluorescents for clones, along with the 50lbs co2 tank, controller, & closet for res.
With the veg tent in the room get the plants on a 30 day rotation. Each 4'x4' table or 4'x8' will harvest every month.
Hope this helps someone.
Edit* I didn't give much of an explanation of whats going on so here it is
The room can be set up & taken down quick. The wall is made of 1x2 & panda film. Panda film lines all walls & floor.
there is a 12,000 btu a/c cooling the flower room. Recirculating the air. Minimal leak.
The houses central a/c is cooling the veg room.
The air flowing through the lights is sucked through the panda film wall from the veg area - through the lights- then to the attic. The reason for this way is I wanted to make the minimal number of holes or alterations to the room it self.
I made the closet the main "hub".
I have a 4x4 board in the window with the black panda film stapled on the outside. I cut the square in the board for the a/c to fit perfect. I also ran a hose from the outside faucet threw the window board to the closet of the room & that connects to the reverse osmosis tank.
Any other suggestions I can make to the room?
