12' x 12' Perpetual Grow room design

I'm still new to growing & have spent alot of wasted money trying different designs, products & learning along the way.
Ok, so after many changes & trial by error I think I have the room down. Here are a couple drawings I made. I hope they can help someone trying to come up with ideas.

12'x12' room sectioned off.
1- 9' x 12' flower room. Built bigger so You can add 2 more 4'x4' trays & 2-1000watt lights when ready to expand, or you can put a 4x4 tent in there for veg.
Outside of the room is the fluorescents for clones, along with the 50lbs co2 tank, controller, & closet for res.

With the veg tent in the room get the plants on a 30 day rotation. Each 4'x4' table or 4'x8' will harvest every month.
Hope this helps someone.

Edit* I didn't give much of an explanation of whats going on so here it is
The room can be set up & taken down quick. The wall is made of 1x2 & panda film. Panda film lines all walls & floor.
there is a 12,000 btu a/c cooling the flower room. Recirculating the air. Minimal leak.

The houses central a/c is cooling the veg room.

The air flowing through the lights is sucked through the panda film wall from the veg area - through the lights- then to the attic. The reason for this way is I wanted to make the minimal number of holes or alterations to the room it self.

I made the closet the main "hub".

I have a 4x4 board in the window with the black panda film stapled on the outside. I cut the square in the board for the a/c to fit perfect. I also ran a hose from the outside faucet threw the window board to the closet of the room & that connects to the reverse osmosis tank.

Any other suggestions I can make to the room?

Only thing is I would try taking that air in for the lights from out side and not the veg room. And the fan filter u need to use as a scrubber not an exaust. Looks like a state of the art room right there.

Thank you
I used Corel Draw

I have the 6" fan & filter in the room hanging from the ceiling used as a scrubber..
I agree about the intake for the hood. I did it like this so all you have to do is cut ONE hole in the room. (ceiling of the closet) in case your renting or dont wanna tear into the walls.

Looks good but i wouldnt run the a/c straight through the hoods cause they can cool your bulbs too much and youll lose efficiency.

Instead, cool the room and your circular fan set up should pull enough air away without the a/c being connected right to it, to cool it.

Other than that it looks good!

It looks like that in the pic but the a/c is only cooling the room. The air to the lights is pulled from the veg room - through the lights - out to the attic.
The room is sealed other than the window a/c.

Sorry, I should of explained a little more about it. I never wanted to cut a bunch of holes or damage the room very much, say if your renting. So everything on the drawing can be taken down & packed up in 3 hours tops in case of inspection from landlord or whatever reason. The wall is all 1x2 frame with panda film. Panda film on all walls & floor. The only thing I couldnt help was the exhaust hole for the lights. So I put it in the ceiling of the closet. Kinda last place they'll look.

Id put the ac somewhere else too, because most a/c take out 1/3 of the air they make to cool themselves. So alot of your co2 your payin for is gettin sucked out.

try puttin it in the veg room or the room between the veg and flower and suck the air from there into the flower.

Remember that not all ACs bring in outside air...many just recirculate. Are you going to add CO2?
JD
I have it on recirculate but read window a/c's still leak a little. I just added the co2 on Friday when I got the new controller & tank. I made that the last thing because I wanted to make sure the room was dialed in first & no real leaks. Didnt wanna waste all the co2.

lol I think we might be in the same type of industry lol

Thats the only place I can put it. The window is there. I have it on recirculate & just accepted I might loose a little co2 there but not much I could do.

Here are a couple pics to reference. I'm a new grower so I know my plants arent the monsters your used to seeing. Keep in mind everything is legal for the me in the state I live in.
I still have the final touches to put on it.... zip ties, some tape, small stuff.

Here is the door to the room open looking in. I have a 50lb co2 tank on a dolly. motorcycle accident limits bending over or lifting really anything. Heres the co2 controller also. I have the auto pilot greenhouse master controller. It runs the co2 & the airconditioner. Also on top you can see the intake for the lights. I still need to put a filter over it.

Here is looking down the wall. You can see the exhaust coming out of the flower room, and see the clone area.

Here is the top of the closet. I keep the ballasts up there. Also a speaker. I have a stereo under the clones & speakers in both rooms for when I'm working. Helps the time go by in there.

Here is the reservoir so far. I still need to add the individual res totes. I have the sump pump in the bottom of the res that is connected to the hose & water wand.
I added the T in the plumbing with a shut off so I can wash out the drum once a week with regular water. I run the water wand around the corner to the bath tub When shut off only the R.O. system gets water & fills the drum.

Here are a couple pics from in the flower room. Kinda panorama view

This is where the plumbing that's hooked to a regular outdoor faucet comes through the window into pvc pipe then ran to closet along the ceiling.
20131111_224801.jpg

Again the water pvc. also the power trigger so the greenhouse controller can run the a/c

Looks like you got everything under control. Id recommend making the ducting as short as possible but other than that youre lookin pretty good.

Thanks bro. I'm still new to growing & it's difficult learning plants when the room constantly needs adjusting. So I figure I would get that knocked out so I can focus all on the plants. Plus I have fun designing shit.

Well design shit first, then do a million dry runs on different temp days so you know which days to worry and which days you dont have to worry so much.
