Not oops.
Veg and flower light cycles clearly shoe the difference between the two on my original post.

8 is for flower only.
12 is for the two weeks of veg.
More than 12 hours on is required to prevent flowering. That's the only reason why the lights are on for more than 8 hours at a time. Other than that it's not necessary.

After 1 or two light cycles when flipped to 8/16 the plants fully recover from the previous veg cycle and the amount of excessive light.

8/16 light cycle??
Cannabis is a short day or photoperiod plant. It can only consume 8hrs of light a day. After that is a waste of resources.
16hrs dark period allows for longer growth and trichome production that only happens in the dark.
Also promotes root growth which feed all the new vegetative growth.
Yeah mean leads to stretchy plants lol

i'll play along.

if it can't handle more than 8, that would hold true for veg and flower. so yes, oops. or should i say bro-science on your part.

If you veg 24/0 or 18/6 your plants never fully recover if you run a light cycle longer than 8 hours during flower. Your plants will use a good part of the stored energy to recover when the lights go off. Wasted energy!
Bro science!
You are mistaking stretching for growth. common noob mistake.

This is not gas lantern. Gas lantern is 12/12 during flower. So you're right as far as gas lantern being very stressing.
oops.

you aren't very good at this are you? GLR is not 12/12 light cycle.

keep trying. you'll get one of these right eventually.

Beginning in the vegetative state of the plant life cycle, lights are on for 12 hours, followed by 5.5 hours of darkness. Lights them come back on for an hour, with another 5.5 hours of dark after that. The cycle then repeats

i've got to go to work. you should read some books in the meantime. so you don't look like such a noob.

This is so far the dumbest shit I’ve read today, but it’s still early.
