1 week old plants

i have 4 1 week old plants and they keep dyeing they look as if they are doing good then bam they wilt and die i have tried closer light and watering often and not watering often this happens everytime .... some help please? i forgot to mention a friend of mine gave me the seeds and said it was south carolina red something i have no clue what they are anyone heard of this name?

Is your pH stable? whats your temp in your grow room?

Pet shops have them in the aquarium section ( where i got mine ) if you cant find a meter at least grab a pH tester kit with a pH up and pH down test soloution and test vial or you can go on ebay and get one. As for temps most strains like the temps 70-75 you need to get that down a little. If privacy isnt a issue then you can keep your door open. Do you have a fan?

You shouldent use any ferts till your plants reach their 2nd week at the earliest. Ide transplant your plants to just regular soil and gently rinse your roots off. Also this is why pH is so importaint because some soils are very acidic like ace's top soil has a pH of 4 which will kill your plants and without a pH tester you'll never really know.

yes i do have a fan the air is circulated pretty well i will back the temp down and try that thanks you all i will let you know how the 1 and only that is living is doing

well it got about 2 ft tall and died it had tiny lraves on top and a thin stem so hell i dom't know i planted more so maybe ill have luck this time
