Hello all,
Hope that everyone is having a good day and a great year. First off, thankyou to Subcool for the wonderful genetics. These seeds have, without a doubt, been the most fun and pleasurable to plants to grow as of yet for me. I had 4 slightly different phenotypes present themselves to me (4 females out of 5 seeds started). While the plants have slightly different growth patterns and bud-structures, they all have a similar (but again subtle differences in each) rotting/putrid mango-lemon sour funk smell to them and it is mouth-watering. Huge thanks to my close friend who brought me his camera, and to my wife who took these pictures.
Pheno#1: More skunky/putrid funk to this one. Apollo dom. plant?

Pheno#2: This one stretched like crazy. It has an INTENSE mango/lemon/cherry smell so I am thinking more Spacequeen dom?

Pheno#3: This one looks to be more of a 50/50 blend of both parents. Looks to be a huge yielder too.

Pheno#4: This one is the only one I am not thinking I will keep. The buds are much looser than the others. The smell is hard-core lemon and the resin is still great so I am thinking maybe hash it all:)!DSC_0110.jpgDSC_0117.jpgDSC_0112.jpgDSC_0108.jpg

Nice! That looks just like the pics you see for the description of the strain.
Thanks for the comment! I agree that 1st pheno looks very similar to alot of the pics I've seen Subcool post. The coolest part is I still have 5 seeds left. I only needed to start half the pack to find these beauties.

Very good! What do you think you'll pull per plant?
Before yield estimations I should add that these were grown in a small cabinet-grow with only 290 watts of HPS. I have clones of all the keeper pheno's that are gonna be vegged to big bushes, bondaged, and flowered under a 1000k hps:) The plants shown were topped as seedlings, and flowered while still pretty small (maybe 10 inches?) I will be happy to pull 20 dry grams of each. I'll come back and give dry weights and smoke reports when I get back from vacation.

Nice looking plants. I am a dedicated follower of subcool and can't wait to grow out some TGA genetics. I will read your reports for sure. Good luck and happy growing.

Thanks for the comments everybody. This is my first attempt at posting pics and plant info. on RIU....so I appreciate the feedback. If anybody is interested these plants were grown in a mix of HappyFrog and LightWarrior, PH'd to 6.5 and fed with Botanicare PureBlendPro nutes. Supplemented with Liquid Karma, my own worm-castings tea, and Molasses used at day #30. Flowered in a small cabinet grow with 290 watts of HPS.

SupaM,
Thanks for the comment! I am planning on doing a formal smoke report on all the plants...however, I am sick with a cold right now and can't really taste anything:cry:. I can smell a little though, and the smell coming from each jar is really great. These Vortex plants sure were fun to grow, thats for sure!! Detailed smoke report coming soon...

Somehow I missed putting this pic up with the rest. The dried buds of this plant are absolutely beautiful.
