you get a cheeto stained letter from the feds? look you cant be convicted of what someone is sending to your house. and they can convict the sender but anyone can ship anything with anyones addy...so the feds cant do anything about people dealing seeds or narcotics through post.

Officers arrested Julio Colon on Friday after postal inspectors say he used a fake name to receive a package from Puerto Rico.
Investigators say a police drug-sniffing dog alerted officers to the package which had more than 400 grams of cocaine inside.

If you're already growing, I'd suggest not having the seeds sent to your house. I'm probably paranoid, but I think even though there's no legal ramifications, it still may tip them off, which will make them take a longer, harder look at you. You don't want them looking at you at all. Stay under the radar.
Have them mailed to a trusted friend's house with a fictitious name. The friend knows it's coming, but can claim ignorance that they don't know who the person is if anyone asks.

I should add that I've ordered from Attitude a few times, opted for the stealth shipping and they arrived in less than 10 days. Had it sent to a friend. Got a really cool t-shirt, too.

I regularly send peyote seeds and plants to cactus growers in the US, been doing it for years. Once a plant was confiscated, otherwise everything always gets there, they don´t even look.

Well, like you all say, its not a big deal to have them sent to your house. So if the seed get confiscated from your friends house nothing really happens. And if they do happen to flag their house, they have nothing to worry about because theyre not doing anything illegal.
BUT.... when you put it that way, I wouldnt want to get my friends in trouble.

Just use a prepaid debit card send it to your house.You should be fine.Plenty of people order seeds to the house with no problems for years.A package might get snagged here n there but very unlikely.

Depending on the next promo I'm putting in my 4th order, again using all my real name, credit and address info. Good luck, if you have a legal grow card I wouldn't worry about it, if you don't I'd probably be a little more careful

yeah just dont involve anyone else.Take responsibilities for your own action.I would involve a friend only if he was making a purchase other than that Ill be doing it myself.
im a newbie here but just ordered my first seed offline was a lil scared about what would happen but 8 days after ordering they were here in a nice discreet packing (wont tell what but it was good) i ordered blue mystic, ny purple diesel got royal haze and blue widow free now lets just hope they germ SINGLE SEED CENTRE take a look
