I've had some coca leaves I've been grinding to powder, then add some calcium hydroxide and use it as a snus (?) under my tongue. It's more effective than caffeine without the physical side-effects, definetely stimulating & uplifting. For more serious stimulation I'd go for D-amphetamine.

For sure you can make it smokable with basically anything + some duckttape, or hot glue/silicone/whatever. Just get some something you wanna suck outta, and attach firmly.
