any advice with cutting clean circles in 4ply?

I planted my clone outside in mid winter and it is now 1 day from spring. My plant is now 40cm tall and is starting to form buds. Im not sure if this will effect my plant once it gets into summer with almost fully formed buds? please help

I think what happened with mine was maybe either over heating the seeds and or, something that was in the paper towel that killed the seeds?

some seed banks will ship your order of to a different part of holland then from there to people buying the beans. ofcourse this would cost extra $$ but would be worth it if your a bit paranoid.
