if your cfls arent very strong then probably a good idea to give it that extra 2 hours of light but there are so many variables that go into that its hard to say

personally i wouldnt be switching it all that often but thats personal opinion. I would keep it in veg under 18/6 or 20/4 or 24/0 depending on your preference then just toss it outside for flowering

but what you could do is have it in door for veg until you want to flower it then toss it outside for flowering if its that close to a 12/12 cycle

i wouldn't suggest putting it outside this early if there's only 11 hours outside. like you said you would get almost nothing then. the extra lumen doesn't make up for the lack of light hours sadly

as i stated earlier its best to wait and see what happens further into veg at the moment throwing things at it left and right trying to fix a problem that might not even be a problem is a bad idea imho
