    vegging outside, flowering indoors

    would vegging outside grow faster than vegging under a 400w hps?...do not want to go spend money for a mh conversion bulb or cfl's...the reason is I can easily veg these outdoor unnoticable from my neighbors, but the flowering would be kind of obvious.. If i were to take these inside under 12/12...
