That is kind of my thoughts also, I wouldn't think the plant would put energy into producing new growth elsewhere which is my worry, rather it would just heal and continue maturing the remaining flowers.

It's not so much fattening up the lower buds I'm thinking of, it's more the need for some smoke and aren't keen on quick drying some buds lol. They are quite big plants so I'm not too worried about the popcorn buds and they usually go into the hash bag anyhow.

No I wouldn't think that's why, are they 3 weeks from sprouting? That's not too slow, you're soil looks quite heavy and barky this could be giving the roots a hard time. If you repot add some perlite or something to break the soil up a bit this gives the roots more oxygen and more room to grow...

It's just an opinion mate, and I did say I realise not everybody has this option. I'm sure there are legit organics for sale but you never know what people put in these days so I find it's best to make you're own.

Looks ok for a small first grow mate, you could maybe put them a little closer to the bulb? They will take off soon, seeds are often slow at first while they establish a root system. I wouldn't worry about co2 yet. Do you know the temp/humidity in there?
